It’s officially fall. The leaves have turned and the mums are in full color. It is chilly outside. It is Soup Time! As the soup season is upon us, it is time for a nice bowl of comfort food. I have created over 150 varieties of fresh homemade soup. You will not find most of these varieties anywhere else. Some of the fall favorites include, Apple Butternut Squash, Two Potato Leek, Southern Corn Chowder, and Mulligatawny made with fresh tart apples. The Apple Butternut Squash is requested everyday. The Two Potato Leek is made with fresh potatoes, sweet potatoes, and leeks. If your in the mood for other choices like Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie, Chicken Lemon Rice, “For Real” Vegetable, Angelina’s Minestrone™, Pauline’s Chicken Pastina™, or any on our list, just ask and we will make it for you. From our list of over 125 varieties, we serve six choices at one time, rotating throughout the day. On an average we serve 25 kinds a day. Call ahead to ensure your favorite is saved for the day, 586-566-7484.
