At Maceri’s Soup & Scoop, Pitas & Subs, not only can you order one their Signature Ice Cream Cakes, but you can also order Ice Cream Cup Cakes. They have over 30 varieties of cake flavors that are baked fresh to order from scratch in store. They do not get their cake in frozen it is baked fresh to order made with National Award Winning Ashby’s Sterling Premium Ice Cream. It is an ice cream that tastes as good as it looks. Loaded with quality ingredients with no need for extra add ins.
If you prefer a traditional layer or bundt cake, that is available as well. Also serving their famous Bump in the Middle Cake. It is similar to a Sanders Bumpy Cake with the bump in the middle of two moist layers of chocolate cake. Their cakes have been served in Metro Detroit restaurants for many years.

In addition to serving Sanders Hot Fudge Sundaes and Cream Puffs, we have created our version of the Sanders Bumpy Cake. At Maceri’s Soup & Scoop, Pitas & Subs it is called Bump in the Middle Cake. The whole middle layer is the cream in between two layers of moist chocolate cake covered with chocolate frosting. It comes in 9in, 1/4 sheet, 1/2 sheet, and cupcakes. These are made to order cakes baked fresh in house.
We also create over 30 cake flavors for our layer, bundt, cupcakes, and Signature Ice Cream Cakes. The Bump in the Middle cake and our Raspberry Chip Cheesecake Ice cream Cake was seen on Fox 2 News cooking school this week.
