We started making our soups and subs at Tom Maceri’s Fruit market located on Detroit’s east side which we owned and operated. Anthony Maceri has been in the food industry for over 40 years including, wholesale and retail produce, and restaurant. Lori Maceri has also been in the food industry for 25 years. Growing up in the foodservice industry gives us the experience and passion for the best quality products including the finest homemade from scratch soups you can buy.
We cater soup for any event. Other items that are on our catering menu include, pita party tray platters, sub trays or by the foot, fresh salads, specialty salads including potato, red skin potato pasta, and coleslaw, penne pasta with homemade sauce, meatball, dearborn ham, breaded chicken w/ammoglio, signature cakes, ice cream cakes and pies, homemade cookies, brownies, and Ashby’s ice cream.
