In addition to serving Sanders Hot Fudge Sundaes and Cream Puffs, we have created our version of the Sanders Bumpy Cake. At Maceri’s Soup & Scoop, Pitas & Subs it is called Bump in the Middle Cake. The whole middle layer is the cream in between two layers of moist chocolate cake covered with chocolate frosting. It comes in 9in, 1/4 sheet, 1/2 sheet, and cupcakes. These are made to order cakes baked fresh in house.
We also create over 30 cake flavors for our layer, bundt, cupcakes, and Signature Ice Cream Cakes. The Bump in the Middle cake and our Raspberry Chip Cheesecake Ice cream Cake was seen on Fox 2 News cooking school this week.
