In 1984, President Ronald Regan declared July as National Ice Cream Month, with the third Sunday in July to be National Ice Cream Day. It is the same year Ashby’s was created. In celebration of summer and ice cream, on July 18 from 12pm-6pm, Maceri’s Soup & Scoop®, Pitas & Subs will be offering scoops of ice cream at vintage prices.
